Troubleshooting

What should I do if I see "Parsing Failed" or "Invalid Link"?
Please check: 1) Is the link a complete URL (including https://)? 2) Is the video publicly visible (not private or membership-exclusive)? 3) Does the link contain extra spaces? If it still fails, try refreshing the page.
What if the download speed is very slow or interrupted?
Download speed is affected by the original platform's CDN nodes and your local network. Try switching networks, clearing browser cache, or selecting a lower resolution.
Are there any download count or file size limits?
GrabVid does not limit daily download counts, but single file size is limited by browser and server bandwidth, typically supporting large video files up to several GB.
